• The whole roofing structure completely reinforced with heavy gauge aluminium struts and spars, BBA approved (please find enclosed brochure).
• 35mm 7 walled opal poly carbonate roof. 35mm is the most efficient roofing system, in terms of insulation U value, and the 7 walls help to quieten rain fall noise.
• I would recommend an opal finish, which would keep the dwelling bright on a dull day and would also stop dazzle on a sunny day.
• Heavy duty lead flashing would seal the roof to the existing property
• Remove all existing timber soffits and fascias including guttering and down-pipe (all debris taken away)
• Replace with heavy duty replacement solid fascia and soffit board
• Fit relevant box end sections for the gable ends
• Fit concealed roof ventilation, including bird comb
• Fit eaves guard gutter protection
• Sprocket out in UPVC to form a firm, straight and new fix for both soffits and fascias
• To remove and examine the 1st row of tiles and to replace both the tiles and felt if necessary
• Point up and make good with a cement finish to the gables
• Finally, replace the whole rainwater system including down-pipe, in square finish white UPVC
